The SnowKage is welded solidly into an efficient snow moving tool. No moving parts, electronics or additional hydraulics - simple and tough!
Polyurethane skids are standard (rubber is available for a less expensive replacement). Engineered for the SnowKage, they feature adjustability, and a cavity to prevent premature bolt wear.
SnowKage models are made for 6', 8', 9', and 10' plows; for machines starting at 5,000 lb.
Half sizes can be special ordered.
Bar Style and Hook Style are 2 different methods of attaching your SnowKage to your Blade.
Hook style is for skidsteer applications.
Bar Style is for tractor applications, and uses hydraulic functions.
The SnowKage hooks are uniquely designed for ease of alignment and are virtually indestructible. Used in conjunction with the Cam-Lock plow brackets
The SnowKage bars are uniquely designed for ease of alignment and are virtually indestructible. Used in conjuction with The Blade hydro lock clamps.
All of the pushing force is fed into the lower horizontal beam. Polyurethane cushions protect the plows face from steel - on - steel abrasion and help prevent chipping.
The plow brackets and SnowKage hooks use a cam lock system to lock together while in use. Just rotate, and you're on!
The SnowKage frame carries a 2 year warranty
The powder coat process starts with sandblasting.
This step is crucial for durabiltiy and proper adhesion.
The next steps involve washing, epoxy primer, and topcoat.
Bolt on plow brackets are made for 3 plows.These are easy to attach, and do not stick out in front of the moldboard. Once the plow brackets are in place, you don't ever need to leave the cab to change over to snow pushing.
10" Wide snow catches conform to the moldboard of the plow and touch the pavement, capturing snow before it can pass through.
